Food at Plenum

“It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver.”

– Mahatma Gandhi

The human relationship with food is truly unique. We started it from very basic as Early Humans hunting and cooking food to today where we have multiple cuisines. From only depending on fruits and animals to having innumerable dishes in front of us we have come a long way.

Our ancestors advocated the concept of healthy eating and exercising and here at the Plenum School, we focus on the same concept of ‘Healthy Eating’ which doesn’t come at the cost of compromising the taste. The menu we have decided on is healthy and has all the fun of fast food.

We focus on replacing processed food with real food wherever possible and buy milk and vegetables from localites ensuring the best quality products for our children. A balanced diet includes all the macro and micronutrients, and all these are taken care of in our menu. Right proportions of carbohydrates, proteins and fats were ensured while creating the menu.
